Whether it’s ono plate lunches, tasty desserts or just friendly, laid-back service, Da Kitchen continues to serve what locals crave. Their huge Hawaiian plate is amazing (chicken long rice, lau lau, kalua pork, lomi-lomi served with two scoops rice and mac salad), but their chicken katsu is king. It’s like a whole chicken has been artfully breaded in crispy panko flakes and served with a signature Japanese BBQ sauce. Local or tourist, Da Kitchen will leave you satiated. Islandwide. YT
