The menu at this Vietnamese joint includes some of the tastiest and wildly imaginative vegan items I have seen on this island, or anywhere else, truthfully. I have even tried the fake fish here, and found it to be most tasty. My favorite dish is the golden soy chicken curry, which features seitan and tofu as well as a variety of veggies. The Vietnamese burrito is also must-try. But whatever you select, you can’t really go wrong at this little veggie eatery—and vegans need not fear anything on the menu.
