Consider the unique twists they give items on their pupu menu: Pomegranate, ginger and chili accompany their chicken wings. Sugar snap peas are garnished with ginger, sambal and sesame. Seared ahi bruschetta comes with edamame puree. They even serve their hummus platter with flax seed lavash bread. The list goes on.
