Sure, let’s save the state some money by furloughing public school teachers, which means for a few dozen days a year kids won’t be going to school, which means parents will have to scramble to find some place for the kids to go since they (the parents) will still have to go to work (unless they themselves are teachers, in which case they score free time with their kids). Who wouldn’t like that?
