It has a great people watching corner, Hana Highway and Baldwin Avenue. You go in, order your food and sit on the communal picnic benches and either chat with familiar faces or make new friends. When your fish sandwich arrives, hot and delicious, you can either add one of the many hot sauces they have provided at your table or chow it down as is. They make it with their homemade coleslaw in the sandwich and it’s splendid. Prices are sensible, the fish fresh, plus you get to choose what kind goes in your sandwich, from mahi mahi to ahi to ono. Mahi is the best if you ask me, but you don’t have to take my word for it, because Maui Time readers voted and they know best.
