The good folks at Capische? are going all-out for one of their own, hosting a benefit for Chef Duane Tsuburaya this Sunday, August 15, starting at 2:30pm and going 'til 7:30pm. In 2009, Chef Tsuburaya was diagnosed with Stage III Follicular Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, which is uncurable, but manageable with treatment.more
