It’s definitely not a snow cone because there’s not all that much snow in Hawaii. No, this shave ice is just light, flaky, ice cold, packed down and as sweet as your auntie. Maui says Local Boy's got the best, and Lahaina and Kihei locations make it easy to get one. Roselani ice cream in the bottom is the way to go. 624 Front St., Lahaina; 1941 S.
