June 27, 2012 | 07:47 AM Wanna work for rock star Mick Fleetwood? Fleetwood is filling 120 positions for his much anticipated Fleetwood's on Front St., a 16,000 square foot epicurean restaurant and retail operation. On Monday, June 2, they will be accepting applications on site and conducting interviews from noon to 8pm at their 744 Front St., Lahaina location (the old Lahaina Store Grill and Oyster Bar).
But don't expect Fleetwood himself to interview you. Managing partner Jonathan Todd and manager Jill Holley (formerly of Hard Rock Cafe) are part of the talented group running Fleetwood's on Front St. The restaurant will feature an "English Bohemian" gourmet menu, and Mick Fleetwood's own private label award-winning wines. There will also be a shop selling wines and other items. Plans for event space, entertainment and outdoor dining areas are also in the works.
Todd says they're looking for candidates with experience in casual elegant dining or retail sales. The restaurant and retail establishment plans to open this summer.
