Roy's (Chocolate Souffle)
Dessert for dinner? Whatever, I've done it before. And when you get a three-inch round, crisp chocolate cake chamber filled with hot, dark molten chocolate that spills out onto your plate, seductively saturating everything in its path, what else could you need?
