Eh Brah
This Week's Eh Brah!
|
March 10, 2005 I was in disbelief. If anything, getting out of work at 4 a.m. only to find that one of your tires is gone is almost comical. But why did you have to take the rim and rotor, too? That kind of upset me. Did you know that I'm a single mother of two? That I am working hard to make ends meet? And that I've never stolen anything from anyone? What am I saying—of course, you don't care. Oh, and just to let you know, there are still good people in this world. A kind-hearted police officer put my spare tire on, then a complete stranger loaned me a car for a week while I waited for the rim I had to order. I know you are worse off than me and that makes me happy, I'm sorry to say. My karma got me through this ordeal with little trouble. But what will your karma get you?
