Eh Brah

This Week's Eh Brah!

May 12, 2005
You stupid morons! This weekend alone I saw 10 discarded car batteries. They're on my street, in the gutter, even a whole bunch of them on the beach. What kind of dumbass dumps a car battery on the beach? All batteries, but especially those that go in automobiles, are incredibly toxic. They're filled with acid and lead—stuff that will just do wonders once it inevitably leaks into the ocean. The tragedy is that it's ridiculously easy for even lazy fools like you to get rid of these things responsibly. All you have to do is take them to Sears or Napa Auto Parts. Both of those places recycle old car batteries. They'll take them from anyone—as many as you've got. Plus, if you buy a new battery at Napa, they'll discount the price $4 if you bring in our your old battery.
