[LECTURE/HEALTH] Twelve years ago, says the latest press release from the Vegetarian Society of Hawai'i, four cardiologists told the psychologist Dr. Neal Pinckney that he'd die unless he immediately underwent heart bypass surgery. Pinckney refused, opting instead to change his diet. Today Pinckney is alive, and three of those four cardiologists are dead. Now Pinckney—who founded the Healing Heart Foundation—will tell anyone who wants to listen tips on reversing heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure (Here's a hint—eat more plants).
