High-rise building goes up in flames, then lots of rich people buy it in horrible yet compelling ways. How could anyone not love that? Oh, and Paul Newman plays an architect, Steve McQueen a firefighter, William Holden talks on the phone a lot, Robert Wagner plays the standard Robert Wagner character and O. J. Simpson plays a guard who rescues a kitty cat. It's rough, but thoroughly satisfying.
