This is for the girl who came into my business demanding cash for a $160 gift certificate that you received as a present. Obviously, you have no common sense since gift certificates aren't redeemable for cash. But after I told you and offered several options, you started yelling. Then I had to look like the bad guy and ask you to leave, since I couldn't very well have you standing there creating a scene in front of the rest of my customers. I've got to say that you really helped things by calling your mommy and daddy down to save you—that sure didn't make an ass out of you when you still didn't get your way. Look, I didn't want to call the cops, but that seems to have been what it took to get you to leave. Maybe now you will understand that you can't simply walk into someone's place of business and start acting like a brat.
