May 04, 2006 [DJ] A truly international turntablist, Raoul Belmans has played in clubs from Almaty (Kazakhstan) to Zurich (Switzerland). Get it? That's A to Z! Yeah… anyway, his cuts can be found on myriad record labels but Swirl People is his main project moniker—the debut album Hi Mom, Let's Dance was a big hit in the UK. He's got his own record label now, which boasts many names vital to the dance music scene, as well as a radio show called "Aroma" in Belgium. And you know DJs, they tend to come in flocks—so Raoul will be joined by other Boomp-Tee House players from Hawai'i, Daniel J and Erik Penn.
