[FOOD] Have you ever seen a goat surfing? I know I've seen a dog do it, with some assistance. It seems like their hooves could be a disadvantage for a goat in this sport. Oh, wait. It's not a goat surfing event. It's a Surfing Goat Dairy hosted event! How silly of me. Ali'i Kula Lavender and Surfing Goat Dairy join together to raise funds for Maui Food Bank at the Best of Upcountry: Farm to Table food event. Delicious foods, pony rides, chef demonstrations, local produce, and goat petting promise to be a bucking good time. Admission is $10 by the car load and don't forget your canned food donations for the Maui Food Bank. The Dairy is located at 3651 Omaopio Rd. Call 878-2870. [HEIDI KING]
