Just wanted to send a special mahalo to the people responsible for completely destroying the last mile of Kapakalua Road. One day I watched you folks dig a hole and then fill it up again for seemingly no reason. Then you disappeared for a week before returning to do it again. This went on for months. Wouldn't practicing with a Tonka truck in a sand pit be cheaper? Then, after you used your gigantic tracked vehicles to transform the semi-passable road into a treacherous stretch of potholes and half-assed patches, you took a vacation for several months. Was anybody going to consider returning to fix the damage? Also, I suggest that in the future that you put your road crew signs OUTSIDE the work area so people coming around the corner don't almost run into you while you stand in the road and yell at people for driving too fast.
