To the woman I ran into in the Lahaina Cannery Mall earlier this month, I just have to question the little "service" dog you had with you. "It's the kind that accompanies the handicapped," you said. Perhaps the organization or agency responsible for "service" animals should explain to you there is a county leash law and it is inappropriate to allow your little "service" dog to run loose in a public place of business as you walk around window-shopping. Was the "service" he did on the tree in the middle of the mall walkway part of his training? Are you ignorant, stupid or just selfish? After listening to you, my guess is all three. Since you're that handicapped, I suppose you were right all along.
