[HIP-HOP] It's always a special treat when I don't have to think of a witty title for these picks. Swollen Members kind of says it all, don't you think? This Canadian group has released five pretty major albums. According to Wikipedia, it's said that their name "Swollen Members" means "Phat Crew." Uh huh. Sure, and I never fantasize about The Rock (naked) rescuing me (naked and artificially improved) from my dismal existence. Anyway, their music is snazzy, underground-ish and makes you feel like drinking a 40 in a smoky little room while giving someone a booty-dance. Gotta love it. Tickets: $20. [LILIANA BEGLEY]
