Maui County

The Agenda

Board of Variances and Appeals

May 24, 2007
Thurs., May 24, 1:30 p.m.

Still going on about that chain-link fence in Wailuku. Fight the power! Free the fence! I'm sooo going to be there.

Maui Redevelopment Board

Fri., May 25, 1 p.m.

Public, testify! The Maui Redevelopment Agency will deal with the "municipal parking lot redevelopment"—the big hot-button issue in Wailuku Town. Think of it as your chance to beg from county officials for more reasonable parking. The dance of cars every two hours on Market and Main in avoidance of Maui Police Officer Keith Taguma and his parking ticket pad would be a lot funnier if we all dressed as clowns, but it's not a bad show as it stands. Let's encourage some sanity and push for smart growth.
