Belly-Up for Boo Boos!
Tuesday (July 10), 5-10 p.m. at Paia Flatbread Co.

July 05, 2007 [FUNDRAISER] The East Maui Animal Refuge (EMAR), a.k.a. The Boo Boo Zoo, is a no-kill, all volunteer run, non-profit rehabilitation sanctuary for injured and abandoned animals. They house car-struck Pueos that can't fly, doggies in wheelchairs, traumatized kitties, paralyzed deers, and orphaned piggies and Shearwaters, and many others. Of course, you're welcome to make a donation directly to them at www.booboozoo.org. Or, because we all have to eat sometime, you could order a pizza at Paia Flatbread, and they'll donate a portion of the proceeds to the Boo Boo Zoo. Plus, there's a raffle and silent auction and lots of the lovelies who roam Paia. For call-ahead seating, call Paia Flatbread Co. at 579-8989. For more info about EMAR, visit www.booboozoo.org or call 572-8308.
