    Pay more if you get goods from the mainland. I buy from local farmers when I can: there are farmers' markets at MCCC, both of the major malls, and out in Hana. Fruits and veggies there are usually 1/2 what they cost in the big markets and they're GROWN ON ISLAND! If you ain't already doing it, it's worth it in many ways to shop locally. At present we have too much shipped in, including stuff we have right here on Maui
