September 01, 2010 | 04:24 PM Charles Smith Wines go hand in hand with the Three's Bar and Grill concept; both are modern, playful and tasty interpretations of food and drink. My first voyeuristic views of these wines on the Charles Smith Wines Web site sets me straight with this quote from the winemaker himself, "It's just booze—drink it!" Oh but Charles, it's so much more, isn't it? Wines presented will include the Chateau Smith Cab, The Velvet Devil Merlot, Kung Fu Girl Reisling, Boom Boom Syrah and Charles & Charles Rose. Three's is picking "Five Tastes of Summer" to heighten your senses: oysters, proscuitto, bleu cheese, kalbi and blackberry are some highlights to ponder. Later in the evening (9pm), it'll turn into Tantra night; excite your taste buds with six different aphrodisiac-based hors d'oeuvres, sexy drink specials and Love Shack giveaways.
