First up, director Robert Bates will be on hand for this special outdoor screening of his movie Ingredients at Pacific'o, along with what Chef James McDonald decribes as, "some new flavors not to be found elsewhere." Independently produced, Ingredients illustrates how the industrialized food system has failed us, and how people across the country are rallying around the local food movement. A portion of the proceeds will help fund Bates's upcoming production, Ingredients Hawaii.
