Citrus College Performing Arts have been hooking us up with amazing young musical talent from So Cal for the past decade through an amazing partnership supported by the Hyatt Maui. For three weeks each year, the guests of Hyatt and local residents can watch countless live performances of jazz, pop rock, swing and classics. On July 9 at 7pm in the Napili Gardens they perform the Great American Songbook sung by Dale Kristien and the Blue Note Orchestra. Kirstien has starred in more than 1,700 lead performances in Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber's Phantom of the Opera. Mike Jokovich, General Manager of Hyatt Regency Maui says, "No other resort in the state offers high-caliber live entertainment on this level, the frequency of performances and the exceptional talent is unheard of." Catch their daily performances at the Hyatt poolside at Umalu, evenings at Japengo and late night swanky swing parties at the Monarchy and Regency ballrooms.
