Maui Humane Society's popular fest heads West for the first time, upping the ante with activities at their primary fundraising effort for another year of "building lifelong bonds between people and animals through education, community outreach and the prevention of cruelty." It's the next best way to support this organization's important services, other than by adopting a four-legged or feathered addition into your ohana (though you can do both, of course). Maui Brewing Company is taking over the Hawaiian islands one barrel of craft beer at a time, and it's all happening here on the Valley Isle.
