I don't think MECO or the PUC care that the increase is difficult for the customers. And how can we be sure that the increase in rates will be going toward the projects stated in The Maui News articles dated October 2? May I also refer you to read Rowena Akana's article in this month's Ka Wai Ola newspaper (http://www.oha.org/kwo/2009/10/kwo0910.pdf)
