IT BROKE THE LAW BY NOT HAVING AN EIS! What part of that don't you get? Plus, the superferry didn't have to leave, it could have had an EIS done and once they were cleared, they could have been in business. But no, they had to be a baby and leave. "WAH WAH, ANON WANT FLOATIE BOATIE."
