VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT February 14, 2010 | 10:09 PM
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS BUSINESS AND HOW I WAS TREATED AS A CUSTOMER. THEIR PRODUCT WAS NOT TO QUALITY AND WHEN ASKED FOR ANOTHER OF THE SAME PRODUCT I HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER. I DID NOT WANT MY MONEY BACK AS I JUST WANTED THE SAME PRODUCT AND THE ANSWER WAS NO. THE END RESULT WAS I DID GET MY MONEY BACK BUT REALLY WANTED THEIR PRODUCT. I HAVE WORKED FOR THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST AND I FEEL VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY EXPERIENCE HERE TODAY AS I HAVE THOUGHT VERY HIGHLY OF THIS BUSINESS FOR MANY YEARS AND NOW WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE LIKE COLD STONE OR TUTTI FRUITI SO I CAN GET QUALITY SERVICE AND A QUALITY PRODUCT ESPECIALLY WHEN PAYING A VERY DECENT AMOUNT. PER WHO ASSISTED ME WAS TRAINING IN PROGRESS SO I THOUGHT AT FIRST OH WELL BUT THE OTHER PERSON BEHIND THE COUNTER WHO WAS EITHER TRAINING HER OR WAS IN MANAGEMENT COULD NOT CARE LESS.
