I can't believe this happened, but it's par for course. The Maui Liquor Commission is rotten to the core. They are on take. How many white envelopes pass hands??? I bet Paradice Bluz didn't pay their monthly "tribute"......
I worked at one establishment during the mid 90's where I saw the tribute being given a more than a few occasions. Maybe the FBI should get involved.
