Perhaps it was an oversight by the author, but Charley's Restaurant has been a top consumer and steady supporter of Maui Cattle Co. for many years. Our 1/2 pound Maui Cattle burger sells by the dozens and are available from 11am until 10pm everyday. We also feature Maui Cattle's beef brisket, which is slowly and lovingly smoked for 10 hours in our own Kiawe wood smokehouse. If you would like to see a mouth watering picture of Maui Cattle's T-bone, check out our ad in this weeks issue of Maui Time. If you haven't been to Charley's recently, you should, with a new chef, fresh local products and an upcoming new dinner menu, Charley's will be turning some heads in the very near future.
