Doesn't this new restaurant sound divine? I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Sheldon Simeon at the 2nd Annual Progressive Dinner through Lahaina's Historic Sites (an inventive benefit for the Lahaina Restoration Foundation), and sampling the steamed pork buns mentioned in the article. Like Jen, I could not get enough.
