Liquids, At Least CALL All of US!

My friends and I might not be so upset with Liquids if they had at least called everyone the week after the Mos Def No Show with an update or a check in. I don't get that they sincerely care if I, or anyone else, get their money back and this is what pisses me off. Sure maybe they lost money too, but where's the concern for the customers?! You want us to come back or not?
New management? Where the F*%@ does that put My money??!
My brother could make a better basement club!
