hooray!! kudos to maui brewing company

i've known for some time that MBC had some great tasting brews, but i was unaware of their commitment to using our local ingredients. that is so awesome! i, too, am in pursuit of tasty beer, but self-sustainability is much more important. so when a company can combine locally grown ingredients and get end products like bikini blonde & big swell IPA, i wish them the greatest success. keep on brewin'!
