The answer to the question, "Are you that stupid?" is Yes, yes they are that stupid. They are just holding a grudge and not seeing Couch for what he really is, a snake. A back stabber. And honestly, why someone hasn't blown the cover off of Gladys Baisa's involvement with Couch turning from republican to democrat and dragging him around to events is beyond me. If we can recall, Gladys "Went on vacation" when the Makena 670 hearings were on. Nice way to avoid voting. But apparently, this is what Maui Times wants. A guy makes one mistake and the Maui Time Weekly rakes him over the coals, but they turn their eye on Couch's ethics hearings (where he was found guilty).
