Bacteria ridden well taped into with 3 types of Bacteria by Alan

The well was capped by the EPA as unsuitable for human consumption! Nobody took responsibility for the illegal act of drilling vertically then horizontally to pull tainted water to create more water meters for the people that supported Mayor Alan Arakawa for reelection but lost to Mayor Tavares. Then the sheep voted him back into office! Some people just don"t get it!
