I am still here and it is a little crazy ,you can still here gunshots in the early evening into the night in some areas. people have been stealing land and building stuctures and the army is going around destroying ,police are in a shortage situation as many are scared to work because of what they did to the people. In the south people are still being shot and places being burnt...but on the upside businesses are open and everyone is trying to function normally. There is so much work to be done here, people are striking every where for more money and businesses just locking their doors... People have gone 23 years with nothing and now they want everything all at once.... I am sure it will settle down in time and people will get a greater understanding of freedom and democracy but right now just the feeling of I can do what ever I want when I am free and I can break the law as the police are afraid of me now ... 23 years of pent up anger and frustration coming out. A ten year old in class when asked what happened she jumped out of her chair raised her right fist in the air and said at the top of her voice Ben Ali is gone. It brought tears to my eyes. Miss your smile here take care and keep in touch.
