Arrested for Bag Smuggling

This morning, an unidentified Maui resident was arrested at Kahului Airport by undercover officers of the MPD. He was charged with smuggling contraband items (Illegal Plastic Bags) in his luggage. His suitcases had been scanned at Honolulu Airport by officers of both the State of Hawai'i and TSA, who were working cooperatively in a "Sting" effort to thwart criminal elements from entering our pristine island of Maui. The unidentified Bag Smuggler, as he was being dragged away in handcuffs, shouted,"I was just bringing plenty empty bags as Umiyagi for my friends and family." The smuggler is scheduled to be executed at dawn on Friday, April 22nd. No flowers, please.
