Police Chief v. Police Union

Maybe the problem with the MPD is the Police Union. How may cops are currently employed or reassigned to "desk duty" while under investigation. There currently is an officer that was in possession of a meth pipe in the MPD locker room, he is still employed. There are only 2 reasons to have a crack pipe as an MPD officer, either to smoke crack or to keep it with you to plant evidence. Hmmm, wasn't he the same officer accused of doing that a couple years ago? That's what I heard anyways. Please don't supoena my IP again, thanks.
Why have a police chief or internal affairs investigations if the Police Union overrides them all. HPD has the same issues with an officer, still on the job, where the Union forced the HPD Chief to hire an officer back twice. You know what that officer got caught and convicted of doing twice?....Drug dealing...You know what department in the HPD he worked in?......Vice
Investigate the Police Union while you're at it.
