Lingle is still upset that the Supreme Court Said She Broke the

She told the Chamber that she wanted to make it more expensive for citizens to sue to prevent corporations from breaking the law (or for Governors)
Lingle is all about revenge and she holds a grudge against the Sierra Club -- but then again it was her own ambition that got her in the mess. Sierra Club never brings suit unless they're sure they're going to win.
Lingle gave $50,000,000+ of taxpayer money to McCain's advisor, Lehman's company in an attempt to ingratiate herself with the GOP and land the VP nomination.
When it blew up in her face, the scandal put the kibosh on her VP ambition.
Everyone should be thanking the Sierra Club because if Lingle hadn't gone down in flames from their lawsuit, she might of made VP and the election might have turned out differently without the nutcase from Wassila.
