Are you PRO-Reef?
Help protect one of the most pristine and unique reefs on Maui - OLOWALU!

Monday July 23 â€" Testimony for the West Maui Area â€" for the General Plan Committee
The County has decided to NOT include the proposed development in Olowalu in the urban growth boundaries for the West Maui portion of the Maui Island Plan. However, there will be plenty of testimony at this meeting in support of this development. We need more people to come out and speak for the reef! There are still serious concerns over the health of the special Olowalu reef if this development does goes forward, and we will need all concerned community members to come out and voice their opinion!

o Testify in person on July 23rd at the West Maui General Plan meeting; 9am on the 8th floor of the County Building at 200 S. High Street in Wailuku.

o You can also send your testimony via email to gp.committee@mauicounty.us . Please send 24 hours in advance in order to have it presented to the Committee members.

o The vote on Olowalu being put into Maui Island Plan will be held after these meetings and comments
