i'm tired of listening to this guy complain about the "economy". you know what, lahaina grill is a part of the same economy, and they are packed EVERY night. great food, great service, and no bitter chef. stop bitching about selling the restaurant ten years ago, drop the ego, and you will be surprised at what you can accomplish.
