No signs for MLK day

Excuse me, MPD, but how many signs for how many years, have I seen during the political seasons? It is a Maui tradition to sign-wave! The political sign-wavers disobey all of the ordinances cited above. Why is this now being held against what is always a very small parade? Judges, even, have sentenced folks to sign-wave on the streets! Absurd.
