Dear Jill,
I just wanted to let you know that after reading this article I purchased three of your books. I've never been to the island, but became quite interested when a friend of mine moved there almost two years ago. He struggles with survival, but has made many friends and embraces the island way, which he has imparted to me. I hope to visit someday soon, and will be much better prepared, thanks to you.
