Reagan Administration caused the airline deregulation.You misspelled the Presidents name.I know that as a journalist you want to have all your faxes straight, so people don't think that you are drinking to much cool aid. His name is spelled JIMMY CARTER, DEMARCATE. His decision on Oct.24 1978, to deregulate the airline industry.This ravaged Americas air transportation system. There is a lot of good articles on the internet about it.
