In response Sadao Horike's letter to the editor, the responsibility of the environment belongs to everyone and not just one single person. What actions have you taken to support the causes you listed in your argument? How many hours have you volunteered to the environment or simply by your day to day activity support the island? How many community meetings have you attended and expressed your views to local government? The Environmental Coordinator has dedicated her life to preserving the environment and fighting for a cause that until recently because of global warning no one cared about. It is always easy to criticize others, but what have you done?
