Mokulele Utility Poles - The highway paving crews have little to do with MECO moving their utility poles and lines on time. Also, not to mention that we're in for the same 6-year routine for the Lahaina Bypass. You know... we wouldn't want to offend anyone's cultural sensibilities now would we? Don't hear anyone else complaining about people jamming up the process at all do we? Why don't you report on THAT?
Troops - So if we're not winning we pull em out. If we are winning, we better get out ASAP so we can pull out and leave things just barely a mess enough for them to fall apart again. A wise strategist you are Piggy. We'll be sure to pull Defeat out from the jaws of Victory!
