That buggah gave me my first AND fourth seatbelt ticket. When I was 19 (I was invincible back then you know...) I was all cocky thinking it's my right whether I want to wear my seatbelt or not...
Guess what? I humbled out, wear my seatbelt and haven't violated that law in over 15 years.
You're right Starr, he is just doing his job.
