Agriculture is the future

As soon as David Cole and Steve Case took over MLP, this future was inevitable, they want to develop resorts and luxury houses, and "agriculture is just not profitable" What about bamboo? Kipahulu is profitable, they just need to be creative and look into other options, they missed the boat on the land speculation of West Maui but could be ahead of the game in sustainable building and futures by investing in bamboo right now. Thus creating agricultural jobs and truly affordable homes for those who live here.
