Go ahead, take away Maui HISTORIC HALLOWEEN SPOT.

Split the Primary congrugation of multiple parties, wheres its already known, watched, and patrolled.
Now this ONE controlled party will become MULTIPLE UNPREDICTABLE parties of Chaos. The government is already power hungry after sacrificing their own citizens in 9/11, using the ULTIMATE controlling power of "FEAR", than justifying it by pointing at our age-old-enemies(thus our given reason to defend our country at all cost).
Even if it means burning our constitutional rights, piece-by-piece, in which OUR GOVERNMENT will do, whenever they need something thats being overly protected, by our, soon-to-be, "GONE WITH THE WIND USELESS PEE-BRAIN RIGHTS".
